Indulge yourself in five glorious days discovering the evocative beauty of Inkjet, LaserJet and professionally printed photographs secreted beneath translucent encaustic wax. Hand-alter, transfer and enhance photos printed on paper and textiles and apply a variety of painterly surface treatments: textures, coloured waxes, oil, water-based and cold wax pigments, pastels, inks, metallics and hot tools. Learn studio setup practices and a myriad of encaustic techniques in a fun and mutually supportive atmosphere. Suitable for new or experienced artists and photographers.
