9/16 Thursday: Lecture demo 1—Silk Painting, Shibori dyeing and Soy wax batik with Indigo, Polychromatic screen and solar printing.

9/17 Friday: Lecture demo 2A—Encaustic mixed media lecture demo. Learn how to use various grounds and surfaces with jacquard encaustic waxes, Piñata color, Jacquard Inkjet Fabrics, Lumiere and Pearl-ex. Discover how to correctly construct rich texture, eye popping opulence, subtle vignettes and obtain exquisite detail using mixed media.

9/18 Saturday: Workshop all day or two separate workshops—Shibori dyeing and Soy wax batik with Indigo. Learn the ancient art of dyeing fabric using these wonderful techniques. Polychromatic (multi colored) screen and solar printing onto fabric. Learn how to easily reproduce unique artwork onto fabric and clothing. Silk Painting: its watercolor onto silk. The lustrous quality of the silk is both seductive and vibrant.

9/19 Sunday: Lecture demo C—Encaustic mixed media lecture demo.
